Rental Fees for Registered and Actively participating Parishioners:
Parish Hall - $200.00
Holy Family Library / Classroom - $25.00
Each are subject to an insurance fee of $95.00 and clean up fees ($150 for hall and $50 for other rooms)
Insurance payment is due six weeks prior to the rental date. Clean up fees are due at the time of the rental.

Rental fees for service / non-profit agencies are by negotiations - contact Jenny French at the parish office for these.
Rental of parish facilities is available only to active, registered parishioners and service agencies or non - profit orginizations. We are unable to rent to any political organizations or affiliates, or groups that do not reflect the tenets of the Catholic Church. (see religious place policy below)
The parish center offers a variety of areas to hold your special event here at St. Peter's Church. The parish hall can seat up to 200 people and has the stage available for placing those of honor for all to see, if desired. Blinds on the windows are black out and allow for the viewing of projected media. The fully functional kitchen is also available for rebtal as well when the hall is rented. Access to the area is fully handicap accessible by elevator as well as Restrooms located on the same floor. Restrooms are located on all floors.
If you have a small event or gathering, the Holy Family Library and two upstairs classrooms are also available for rental. These rooms seat up to 50 people without tables or approximately 30-40 with tables. These rooms are handicap accessible by the elevator and restrooms are located on both floors.
FACILITIES SACRED RELIGIOUS PLACE POLICY
The purpose of our facilities is to celebrate the good news of Jesus Christ and to serve the needs of our Catholic community. Our facilities are a sacred religious place. At all times, we are to respect the principles of our faith in the manner in which we use our facilities.
In order to maintain the sacred nature of our facilities, they may never be used in a manner that contradicts the tenets and principles of the Roman Catholic Church. These prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
I. Events that celebrate actions and rituals that are contrary to the teachings of the
Roman Catholic Church,
2. Events that support behavior that is contrary to the teachings of the Roman
Catholic Church,
3. Events that promote conduct, products and activities that are contrary to the
tenets and principles of the Roman Catholic Church,
4. Conduct that is not in keeping with civil laws and regulations, and
5. Conduct that offends Roman Catholic Church teachings regarding
the sanctity of human life.
The primary purpose of this sacred religious place is for use by Roman Catholic Church entities and organizations. However, in the spirit of service to our community and in spreading the good news of Jesus Christ, we will consider a limited pre-approved use of our facilities by entities and organizations that are not a part of the Roman Catholic Church. These groups must agree that they will respect the sacred religious nature of our facilities and will abide by the guidelines set forth herein.
